Using Pani
Pani connects workers and employers in Kerala. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and your mobile number.
Acceptable use
Do not post false jobs or profiles, harass other users, spam, or use Pani for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or are reported for abuse.
Jobs, hiring & payments
Pani connects workers and employers; the work agreement is between them, and we are not a party to it or responsible for wages, work quality, or disputes. The rate is shown and agreed before work begins. You can pay the worker in cash, or — where in-app payment is available — pay through Pani, processed securely by Razorpay.
Pani charges a platform commission on completed jobs. The commission is shown before you confirm, and is deducted from the worker’s earnings (the worker, not the employer, bears the platform fee). For in-app payments, Pani may hold funds until the job is marked complete and then settle the worker their amount less commission; cancellations are refunded per our cancellation rules.
No warranty / liability
Pani is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
